Return Policy

Money Back Guarantee – Product Satisfaction

Our Money Back Guarantee lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since the date of   purchase, we can no longer offer an exchange.

Wrong Item Received

To be eligible for a return on wrong item received, the item must be unused and in

the same condition as the item was received. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Wrong item received can be returned within 7 days from the receipt of order.

Damaged Item Received

For damaged items, we will not require a return but proof of damaged items received is 

required. Customers shall contact our Customer Service Team to get a replacement. 

Refunds or Replacements for damaged items can be processed within 7 days from the 

receipt of the order.

Return Shipping

Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by the customer, except for 

unforeseen faulty service. Customers shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the 

unit during return shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Refund Policy

Refund for Items Returned

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received in the warehouse based on the Return Tracking Number. Once refund is processed, the credit shall be applied to the credit card or original method of payment depending on their bank’s processing period.

Shipping and Tax Fees

Refunds do not include any shipping and tax fees shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and tax fees are non-refundable except for unforeseen faulty service.

Refund Request for Items or Order that has been Shipped

Customer has to wait for the item to arrive and process return before we process a

refund. See Return Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests can be done only when Shipment Details or Tracking Number is not yet assigned to the order.

When your order is assigned with a Tracking Number, cancellation can no longer be made. Customers must wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return Policy.
